Phillip Clyde Smith, Sr., age 68, of Adah, PA, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at his home. He was born November 17, 1956 in Fort Benning, GA son of the late Steve Smith and Betty Cleaver Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, John R. Smith and a brother, John Smith.
Phillip served in the United States Army. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Left to cherish Phillip’s memory are his son, Phillip C. Smith, Jr. of Adah, daughter, Tina Smith of Uniontown; brothers Stephen D. Smith (Rosa), Larry Smith (Susan), Charles Smith (Valerie); sisters, Debrah Green and Patricia Smith; grandchildren, Kayla Brittany Samantha, John, Alayna, Marvin, Jr., Adrianna and Hailey and great grandchildren, Ashton Dean and Xaiver Colbert.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. Services will private at Phillip’s request.
