Cynthia J. Perkins, age 72, of Uniontown, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025, with her family by her side. She was born March 3, 1953 in Uniontown to the late John L. and Evelyn Dulin Hays. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James W. Perkins.
Surviving are her son, Ed Loukota (Marjorie) of Uniontown, daughter, Joy Bloom (fiance, Tom), of Uniontown and stepson Joseph Perkins (Nancy) of Charlotte, NC; brothers John (Barbara) Hays of Lynchburg, VA and William Dulin (Sherry) of Morgantown, WV. ;grandchildren, Alyssa, Ryan, Madison, Mya, Aydan, Thomas and Ella; great granddaughter, Mayah; nieces, Michelle and Brittany and nephew, Chris, and several cousins.
Cynthia graduated from Uniontown High School class of 1971 and Laurel Business Institute.
She was employed over thirty years with West Virginia College of Business & Economics as an Administrative Assistant and Records Keeper.
Cynthia was a member of Abundant Life Church and enjoyed singing, laughing, and helping people. Family was her life.
The family will greet her many friends and family at the Abundant Life Church, 1239 Brownfield Road, Uniontown, PA on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 10-11a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Garrett Howard officiating. Interment will follow at the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
